Clinique Moisture Surge

I've noticed recently that a lot of my friends and favourite bloggers have switched from using heavy foundations to using tinted moisturisers instead. I've always been a big fan of tinted moisturisers, however I did go through a phase of using heavy foundations and really caking it on to cover any imperfections. Now I  try to use light foundations to let my skin breathe and I find that they give a much more natural look that I really prefer on myself.

The best tinted moisturiser I have found is Clinique's moisture surge:

It is a very light tinted moisturiser that sinks into the skin almost immediately giving you an even complexion.  For an every day look I tend to squeeze a small amount onto my fingers and rub it all over my face to give even coverage. I then cover any blemishes with mac studio fix concealer. I find that this is all I need on a daily basis to make my skin look natural but blemish free and as you can see in the picture below gives good coverage without being cakey or too much at all.
(Before/After)

Although it has quite a large price tag (£21) the little pot lasts a surprisingly long time and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to a light tinted moisturiser.
